Where are your Sydney public courses held?
What are the course times?
We will generally hold two courses in one day. One in the morning commencing at 9am, and a second in the afternoon at 2pm.
Please note if you are in Melbourne the course times are 8am for the morning and 1pm for the afternoon
How many people will be in my course?
Join our public courses alongside other expecting or new parents. Here's a quick overview of the maximum capacity for each location:
- 2024 Melbourne, Sydney: 62 attendees
- Melbourne, Sydney, Geelong, Canberra, Perth: 44 attendees
- Brisbane: 44 attendees
- Adelaide: 32 attendees
- Melbourne Baby Friendly: 20 attendees
Can I bring my baby?
We know time away from your little one, particularly newborns, can be tough. Unfortunately, venue restrictions prevent us from welcoming children at our courses. If finding care is a challenge, we encourage you to explore our in-home or online courses, designed to fit seamlessly into your family life. We have a baby-friendly course available, that can be selected from the location menu.
If you have a little one, or have one in your life, I would strongly recommend that you take this course. I have done first aid through work many times, but I have learnt, and gained so much confidence from Tiny Hearts.

Had the pleasure of having Rach teach us some really vital and life saving skills to help prepare us for our little arrival. This information we hope to never have to use but we feel equipped and more confident to handle some of those first aid situations that might arise. Thank you Tiny Hearts for what you do !!

as a first time mum so pleased I signed up for this!! The information was engaging, concise and the pacing of the day was great. happy to have a a booklet to take home so we could 100% concentrate on the day and not worry about missing anything.
A good refresher for my husband who has done first aid in the past to learn things more infant/child specific, and a confidence booster for me that I now have the knowledge that i would do more or less the right thing under pressure.
I appreciated that there was an understanding that not every situation would be addressed with perfection, and was reassured that any type of action makes all the difference and is so much better than doing nothing.
Highly recommend and will be keeping my eye out for relevant future courses!

Rach was very interactive, enthusiastic and a fantastic educator. We feel confident in ourselves should we ever need to respond to emergency situations in the future.
