Our Birth Recovery Kit contains every essential postpartum product designed to ease transition into the fourth trimester. The kit includes items to help with healing, breastfeeding and nursing, skin care, and overall health.

You don't need to add anything to this kit, however expecting mums often add extra briefs and pads.

What size do I choose?

If you are intending to purchase the underwear for postpartum use, we recommend sizing up by 1-2 sizes than your regular size. These can also be worn during pregnancy, or as your everyday choice of underwear. Sizes are designed to standard Australian sizing guides.

Does the kit come with instructions on how to use each product?

Yes! All products come with information and instructions. There is also a QR code included in the kit which directs you on what you can expect in the days and weeks postpartum.

When is the kit designed to be used?

The kit can be used immediately after birth as required. Generally, products will be used up to 12 weeks post birth. The Reusable Postpartum Briefs can be used on an ongoing basis well after birth. The kit is also a perfect baby shower gift for a mama-to-be.

When should I use each product to support postpartum blood loss?

We recommend Disposable Postpartum Briefs immediately post-birth.

As your flow begins to lighten, you may want to transition into postpartum pads.

Finally at 6 weeks, we recommend using your Reusable Postpartum Briefs (this product can be continued to be used for your menstrual cycle).

What is included in the kit?

Inside you will find 25 personal care products to assist with comfort and healing postpartum, focused on breast therapy, perineal relief and leakage support.

    I bought this for myself for my second pregnancy. So many things I wish I had for my first that I just didn't think about. I purchased it this time for a baby shower gift for a mumma to be because I loved it so much!!

    Loved the recovery kit!

    It was great to have everything organised in one bag just incase I needed it! The peri bottle was a hero, along with the heat breast pads and the freezable nipple pads and Peri pad. I ended up using most items in the bag and it continued to be helpful once I got home from the hospital for more of my recovery. Very grateful for this item! Thank you
