We have these briefs available in sizes 10 - 20.

Absolutely! The briefs were designed to be high-waisted to comfortably sit higher than your C-section wound.

The briefs have 4 layers of protection for moderate to heavy flow, including a specific absorbency layer to draw in liquid.

The pack includes a wash bag. To wash the briefs: start by rinsing under cold running water to get rid of excess liquid. Machine delicate cold wash with similar colours and line dry.

If you are intending to purchase the underwear for postpartum use, we recommend sizing up by 1-2 sizes than your regular size. These can also be worn during pregnancy, or as your everyday choice of underwear. Sizes are designed to standard Australian sizing guides.

Immediately post-birth, we would recommend wearing the disposable postpartum briefs to capture heavier blood loss.

We then recommend transitioning into the postpartum pads and then finally around 6 weeks after birth, we recommend the reusable postpartum briefs.

Nice product, definitely size up 2-3 sizes

Nice feel overall, a great price point and a beautiful feeling product

I sized up as directed, but should've sized up 2-3x my normal size. Minor drawbacks include the extra absorbency layer sitting a bit further back than is comfortable (starts and sits further towards your perineum rather than covering the front of your v, coverage does go far back to cover your bum ( you would be set on a heavy flow day if you slept on your back)

I find it a bit tight around the legs. A bit uncomfortable in the groin area, particularly towards the sides of my c section incision. I'd happily wear these pants during the day, but needed looser underwear at night.

Would try again, in an even larger size for nighttime use.

So comfy!

I have tried multiple period undies before but these take the cake. No thick uncomfortable band. Just slick comfortable and supportive material with a nice long padded section for postpartum. I'm looking forward to wearing these during that phase but also think they're perfect period undies.
