The disposable briefs are designed to be one size fits most and are suitable for a 100-140cm waist. They are designed with plenty of stretch to move with your body as it recovers from birth.

We recommend changing the briefs every 1-2 hours.

This is unique to every individual and how heavy your bleeding is post-birth. Though typically  we recommend wearing the briefs for the immediate hours and days, up to approximately a week post-birth when bleeding is at its heaviest.

Absolutely, these are designed for both vaginal and C-section births.
