We recommend simply using  lukewarm water to cleanse the region.

We recommend using the bottle every time you urinate post-birth for 1-2 weeks. Continue to use  for as long as desired, until the perineal region has recovered.

Lukewarm water is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended temperature of 50 degrees celsius.

Yes you can for gentle cleaning of the incision. If concerned, please seek medical advice before use.
