You've birthed your baby and are using your incredible body to feed them. Our breast therapy packs are designed to support you on your feeding journey by providing convenient relief from mild inflammation and pain symptoms.

With instant heat provided at the click of a button, they come in multiple shapes to offer complete breast coverage with the crescent shape or targeted relief with the mini shape.

The packs are reusable up to 20 times and provide instant heat for quick relief.

Can these be heated and cooled?

Yes! To heat the packs, place them in boiling water or in the microwave. To cool them, place them in the fridge or freezer. For detailed information on correct and safe use, please refer to the included instructions.

What is the difference between the two shapes?

While there is no difference in the product itself, the crescent shape has been designed for complete coverage of the breast, whilst the round shape is designed for more targeted coverage of a specific region.

Do they come with covers?

Yes all therapy packs come with a soft bamboo blend fabric cover for comfort.

Heat Therapy
Use heat packs to encourage the flow of milk and help relieve blocked milk ducts. They may also help alleviate engorgement and treat mastitis. Using them prior to feeding can further promote milk flow.

    Amazing so far!

    I’ve used these cold over the past couple of days as my milk is coming in, and they have truely been amazing. Great coverage, even for someone with a larger chest! I had a lot of issues with mastitis and blocked ducts with my last baby so I know I will get lots of use out of these hot as well!
