    Through our Antenatal Course, you'll dive deep into essential pregnancy knowledge such as nutrition, exercise, and mental health.       generally good information with some disappointments in presentation.

      The information is of good quality and we appreciate the flexibility of having the course in online modules. Our main issue has been the presentation. We are disappointed that some modules do not have video presentations with the presenters, and seem to be 'AI' reading out text with a slideshow of generic slides/pictures. We have also felt very alienated by the use of 'co-pilot' as the terminology to describe the non-birthing parent. We understand that the aim is to make the course inclusive to all people. In our case, we are a heteronormative couple and feel that 'Dad' has been erased and the course does not feel inclusive for him. He is very motivated to be included so it is unfortunate that you don't have an option with more conventional language. I also disliked being referred to as 'mama', it is a bit on the nose. We would prefer 'Mum and Dad' or 'mother and father'. Thank you.

      I was recommended this course from a friend, and so glad I invested in it. I feel like I've already received a wealth of information, and I'm only 47 modules in, out of 139. So grateful for all the in depth detail preparing me for this exciting and completely new chapter.

      Great!

      I haven’t completed this course yet, but it has been great so far. My partner and I watch it together each night. Very informative and I love how you can go back to sections and go over it again. It’s been very helpful so far as this is our first baby and everything is very new to both of us!
