I was incredibly hesitant about starting solids and had major anxiety in general that I didn’t know the smaller signs that my baby might be sick as a first time mum. After doing this course with my partner I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders that I can be there for my baby in a helpful way. That I will know the signs that sickness is on the way or something is wrong.
The modules made it easy to break down the courses over a few days. Really really easy to follow and the downloads will be great reminders when the course is less fresh in the mind.
