The Hot & Cold Breast Therapy Pack may provide relief from the symptoms of mild inflammation and pain. The Hot & Cold Breast Therapy  Packs come with bamboo fabric covers for comfort during use.

Yes! All products come with information and instructions. There is also a QR code included in the kit which
directs you on what you can expect in the days and weeks postpartum.

Most products are reusable except for those designed to be disposed of after use. The reusable products are

The kit can be used immediately after birth as required. Generally, products will be used up to 12 weeks post
birth. The Reusable Postpartum Briefs can be used on an ongoing basis well after birth. The kit is also a
perfect baby shower gift for a mama-to-be.

Yes it is! Regardless of how you give birth, all of the products within the kit are suitable and serve to support
you in your individual postpartum journey. The Perineal Therapy Packs (instant and reusable) can be applied
to a C-section wound.

The briefs are true to size (Australian). We recommend using the briefs approximately 6 weeks post birth.
With this, we encourage you to size up approximately 1-2 sizes.

Yes, regardless of if you are breastfeeding or not, the breast packs are designed to assist in reducing
swelling and engorgement by applying cooling therapy.

Yes, for up to 20 uses.

No this is not necessary and we recommend filling the bottle lukewarm water for application to the perineal
region.

The briefs have an elastic waist and are one size. They are best suited for a 100-140cm waist.

These can be heated in the microwave or stovetop, please always read the instructions before use.

The kit is packed in a beautifully designed quilted bag and shipped in recyclable packaging.

Yes, all items are available for individual purchase.

Unfortunately due to hygiene issues, the kit and individual products are not available for returns or refunds
due to change of mind. If you think you may have a faulty item please contact hello@tinyhearts.co.

Dispatch of the Birth Recovery Kit will be within 24 hours from order from our warehouse. All
shipments are made with Australia Post and depending on your location, will generally be delivered within 1-
5 business days.

Please note: international shipments will require a longer shipping period.

We recommend Disposable Postpartum Briefs immediately post-birth.

As your flow begins to lighten, you may want to transition into postpartum pads.

Finally at 6 weeks, we recommend using your Reusable Postpartum Briefs (this product can be continued to be used for your menstrual cycle).

Without a doubt, the most useful purchase for post birth I made.
I used everything in the bag starting with immediately after birth.
The bag is amazing so you can your own bits and pieces for hospital stay and have a gorgeous toiletry bag for keeps.

This kit is amazing!! My second time birthing and I feel so much more prepared knowing this kit will be coming along with me, filled to the brim with all the things I didn’t have (but very much needed!) first time around! Birth recovery pack

I wish this was available when I had my first baby. Being a FTM, I had no idea what I would actually use or need post birth but this pack has it all. Some much thought has gone into it and has everything you need for pre and post birth. The reusable underwear is my favourite and is super soft and comfortable. The pack comes in a beautiful lux bag which can be used for anything. I’ll be using it in my nappy bag after the hospital. This is a perfect gift for a soon to be mumma
