As a parent and former paramedic, I understand the importance of doing our best to keep our little ones safe in every situation. Our homes should be sanctuaries where children can explore, learn and grow with confidence, free from unnecessary risks. 

I've put this guide together to share the safety rules and other measures I have in place for my children that give me peace of mind. I hope it helps!
