Available in sizes 10 to 20, this 2-pack of high-waisted, comfortable briefs offer four layers of protection with moderate to heavy absorbency. Designed with a 100% cotton lining to prevent irritation, our eco-friendly and sustainable briefs provide absorbent and reliable protection. Each pack also includes a washing bag for added convenience.

What are they made out of?

The briefs have 4 layers of protection for moderate to heavy flow, including a specific absorbency layer to draw in liquid. Here is the material breakdown of each layer:

  • Outer Layer: 75% Nylon / 25% Spandex
  • Lining Layer: 100% Cotton
  • Second Layer: 80% Polyester / 20% Nylon
  • Waterproof layer: 100% Polyester

What size do I choose?

If you are intending to purchase the underwear for postpartum use, we recommend sizing up by 1-2 sizes than your regular size. These can also be worn during pregnancy, or as your everyday choice of underwear. Sizes are designed to standard Australian sizing guides.

Can I use these briefs if I've had a C-section?

Absolutely! The briefs were designed to be high-waisted to comfortably sit higher than your C-section wound.

How do I wash these briefs?

The pack includes a wash bag. To wash the briefs: start by rinsing under cold running water to get rid of excess liquid. Machine delicate cold wash with similar colours and line dry.

Can I use these briefs immediately post-birth?

Immediately post-birth, we would recommend wearing the disposable postpartum briefs to capture heavier blood loss.

We then recommend transitioning into the postpartum pads and then finally around 6 weeks after birth, we recommend the reusable postpartum briefs.

Refunds and exchanges

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on this item. Please ensure you have selected the correct size whether this be for yourself or a gift.

    Postpartum Briefs.

    Received these as a gift, they are comfortable and also sized up.

    Only down for me personally would be a high absorbency pad through the front and also the back.

    Recovering from vaginal birth and needing the absorption pad higher in the front to avoid leaking when sitting and heavier leakage.

    Overall they are good, will probably keep them for lighter/spotty bleeding so avoid any mishaps!

    Material is beautiful and my tummy feels supported.

    Pre & Post natal comfort

    Very comfortable, I sized up as suggested and find them comfortable and provide enough support around home after birth. Wore them during pregnancy for ages, until last few weeks.

    So supportive

    Love how supportive and high wasted these are! Super comfy beside being a little to tight around the legs and groin and I found the absorbency area didn’t come up far enough at the front of the brief which caused some leakages. Other than those minor things happy with the product 💕
