Our disposable postpartum briefs are high-waisted and designed for maximum comfort after birthing your beautiful baby. They offer absorbent, leak-proof protection, ensuring you stay dry and confident. Made from stretchy, soft material, these briefs are perfect for both vaginal and C-section recovery, providing gentle support where you need it most.

What size do the briefs come in?

The disposable briefs are designed to be one size fits most and are suitable for a 100-140cm waist. They are designed with plenty of stretch to move with your body as it recovers from birth.

How often should I change the briefs?

We recommend changing the briefs every 1-2 hours.

How long do I wear disposable briefs before transitioning into the Postpartum Pads?

This is unique to every individual and how heavy your bleeding is post-birth. Though typically  we recommend wearing the briefs for the immediate hours and days, up to approximately a week post-birth when bleeding is at its heaviest.

Can I wear these briefs if I have had a C-section?

Absolutely, these are designed for both vaginal and C-section births.

    Third time round and c section approved. The most comfortable disposable underwear. I bought 2 packs, used one box in hospital and another one at home. Probably should have got a third box. Super soft and flexible.

    Best decision!

    I was so grateful to have these after birth. I felt clean, comfortable and just protected after what has happened down there! I could sleep without having to change pads that had moved and I could wear clothes after not worrying about where to position a pad etc. Best decision. I have ordered more to get me through the end of my bleeding!
