Our new character cool packs offer a simple, effective solution that provides immediate relief and comfort.

Meet Wally, Koko, and Poppy – our three adorable Australian characters designed to soothe and distract your child during those tough moments.

With thoughtful design and functionality, our cool packs will help parents feel:

What is a Cool Pack used for?

Every parent should have a cool pack (or a few!) in their fridge to treat:

  • Minor Injuries: To reduce swelling and inflammation caused by bumps, bruises, and minor injuries.
  • Insect Bites and Stings: To alleviate itching and reduce swelling.
  • Post-Immunisation: To reduce discomfort and swelling at the injection site after vaccinations.
  • Nosebleeds: Place the cool pack on the bridge of the nose or the back of the neck to help constrict blood vessels and stop the bleeding.
  • Distraction & Comfort Tool: To keep your little one occupied and comforted while you provide first aid.

Important safety information

  • This is not a toy; constant adult supervision is required 
  • If your child is likely to bite the pack, please wrap it in material to prevent piercing the plastic 
  • If the seal is broken, please discard the cool pack immediately 
  • If your child ingests any gel, please call Poisons Information 13 11 26 and advise them that the gel is made out of Sodium Polyacrylate

    Great Product!!

    We love our little bump buddies!

    They certainly make providing first aid to our kids easier. The new characters have a strap which is really handy!

    We always pop one in with gifts we give to anyone with a new bub :-)
