These ice packs are awesome!! I was noticing because my ASD son’s interoception is under-responsive when he would get hurt he wouldn’t seek out an ice pack or accept one when offered because he genuinely felt like he didn’t need it, but I was noticing some of the accidents seemed to look quite painful as a bystander and were resulting in a lot of bruises. So I got the character cool ice packs in the attempt to make it a bit more appealing and fun - and it worked! With every head knock, or fall he now seeks out the ice pack straight away and keeps it on for a while because he can use the Velcro straps :) I bought all 3 because I wasn’t sure which character he would be drawn to and I’m glad I did because him and his sister have agreed that the green one is his, the purple one is hers and mummy and daddy are allowed to use the blue one 😂

We put our ice pack animals on all kinds of sores. From ant bites, post splinter removal to rolled ankles and hurt fingers. My babies know mummy can fix it with an icepack animal of their choice.
Highly recommend to stop the tears almost immediately. Even if the icepack is totally unnecessary, it still fixes everything.
