Meet Wally, Koko, and Poppy – our three adorable Australian characters designed to soothe and distract your child during those tough moments.

What is a Cool Pack used for?

Every parent should have a cool pack (or a few!) in their fridge to treat:

  • Minor Injuries: To reduce swelling and inflammation caused by bumps, bruises, and minor injuries.
  • Insect Bites and Stings: To alleviate itching and reduce swelling.
  • Post-Immunisation: To reduce discomfort and swelling at the injection site after vaccinations.
  • Nosebleeds: Place the cool pack on the bridge of the nose or the back of the neck to help constrict blood vessels and stop the bleeding.
  • Distraction & Comfort Tool: To keep your little one occupied and comforted while you provide first aid.

Important safety information

  • This is not a toy; constant adult supervision is required 
  • If your child is likely to bite the pack, please wrap it in material to prevent piercing the plastic 
  • If the seal is broken, please discard the cool pack immediately 
  • If your child ingests any gel, please call Poisons Information 13 11 26 and advise them that the gel is made out of Sodium Polyacrylate

Our warehouse is committed to packing all orders within 48 business hours from time of purchase. Our courier partners pick up all orders on Mondays and Thursdays. During sale periods, please expect a 3-4 day turnaround time.

    Loving the Character Cool Packs

    These are just perfect. Ordered for all the little grand children to each have their own. Fantastic idea and awesome product. So cute too. Love them all.

    Character cool packs

    I purchased all three character cool packs for my two year old. He previously hated using cool packs but loves the cute characters and has asked to use them a number of times. Also been used by myself and my partner and worked perfectly 😅
