Character Cool Packs

Every parent should have a cool pack (or a few!) in their fridge to treat:

• Minor Injuries: To reduce swelling and inflammation caused by bumps, bruises, and minor injuries.
• Insect Bites and Stings: To alleviate itching and reduce swelling.
• Post-Immunisation: To reduce discomfort and swelling at the injection site after vaccinations.
• Nosebleeds: Place the cool pack on the bridge of the nose or the back of the neck to help constrict blood vessels and stop the bleeding.
• Distraction & Comfort Tool: To keep your little one occupied and comforted while you provide first aid.

• This is not a toy; constant adult supervision is required 
• If your child is likely to bite the pack, please wrap it in material to prevent piercing the plastic 
• If the seal is broken, please discard the cool pack immediately 
• If your child ingests any gel, please call Poisons Information 13 11 26 and advise them that the gel is made out of Sodium Polyacrylate 

Please note our warehouse will be closed from 11 am Friday 19th of December to Monday, the 5th of January. All orders made during this time will be shipped from Monday 5th of January, when we reopen.

Our warehouse is committed to packing all orders within 48 business hours from the time of purchase. Our courier partners pick up all orders midday on Mondays and Thursdays. During sale periods, please expect a 3-4 day turnaround time.
