Yes! In order to heat the packs: place them in boiling water or in the microwave. In order to cool the packs: place them in the fridge or freezer. Important: please refer to the instructions for detailed information on correct and safe use.

The only difference between the packs is the shape. The crescent shape has been designed for complete coverage of the breast, whilst the round shape is designed for more targeted coverage of a specific region.

Yes all therapy packs come with a soft bamboo blend fabric cover for comfort.

As long as the pack is used as per the instructions for use, you can use this product as many times as you wish!
